 Synopsis</strong></span></p>\n<p>Mohammed Al Kurd is a Palestinian teenage
 r growing up in the neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah in the heart of East Jer
 usalem. When Mohammed's family is forced to give up part of their home to 
 Israeli settlers\, he joins his community in a campaign of nonviolent prot
 ests against the displacement. In a surprising turn\, they are quickly joi
 ned by scores of Israeli supporters horrified to see what is being done in

 ng>Ronit Avni</strong> is an award-winning filmmaker and human rights advo
 cate. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Just Vision\, an organi
 zation that supports Palestinian and Israeli efforts to end the occupation
  and the conflict without arms. Producer of <em>Budrus\,</em> director and
  producer of the critically acclaimed documentary <em>Encounter Point</em>
 \, her films garnered awards at the Tribeca\, Berlin\, San Francisco and J
 erusalem film festivals. Previously\, Ronit worked for WITNESS training hu
 man rights defenders and now sits on the WITNESS board. Ronit is a Young G
 lobal Leader through the World Economic Forum and a Term Member of the Cou
